Cosby raped me, says ex-model

Dickinson is the fourth out of five women who've taken the stand to claim Cosby drugged and raped them.

Janice Dickinson, one of five other accusers who testified against Cosby, told jurors that the comedian gave her a pill he claimed would ease her menstrual cramps but instead left her immobilized and unable to stop an assault she called "gross". He gave her a little blue pill, which she swallowed.

"He got on top of me and his robe opened and I remembered he smelled like cigars and espresso and his body odor".

But she managed to catch her breath long enough to look right at the defendant and say, "You remember, don't you, Mr. Cosby?"

The incident happened in 1982, just as when Dickinson was a newbie in the industry and wanted to get her big break. "I was in shock, and I was really confused", she said. She had dinner with the actor and another man whom she said was a musical director.

"I didn't fly to Tahoe to have sex with Mr. Cosby", Dickinson said.

"You lied to get a paycheck", Mesereau said.

But unfortunately, she had to face the sexual assault of Cosby. "Today I am on a sworn Bible".

Janice Dickinson told the court that Bill Cosby drugged and raped her in 1982 and that she passed out after the TV legend assaulted her. Though Constand had testified against Cosby in 2017, she will have to testify again in the ongoing retrial, as the first trial had been declared a mistrial when the jury couldn't reach a verdict. That trial ended with a hung jury, setting the stage for this week's courtroom showdown. "I felt rage, was humiliated embarrassed".

After her daughter was born, a DNA test confirmed Stallone was not the father, Dickinson said, adding "thank God".

Her court appearance followed several days of testimony from five other women who said they believe they, too, had been drugged and sexually assaulted by Cosby. She conformed to her publisher because she needed the money, as well as not wanting Cosby ruining her career. "He said I don't know".

After some back and forth about whether there was time to pursue certain lines of questioning, the parties made a decision to go home a little early instead.

Dickinson has also written several books, including Everything About Me Is Fake. And I'm ideal and No Lifeguard on Duty, and taken up photography.

Isolated severe storms possible this evening

Algerian military plane crashes, at least 100 dead
State-run Radio Algerie said the cause of crash is not clear and it is also not known whether there were any survivors. Morocco claimed the territory while Polisario established its self-declared Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic there.

The defense raised the same issue with Constand during her testimony in Cosby's first trial.

Cosby was arrested in December 2015 just as the 12-year statute of limitations in Constand's case was about to expire.

According to testimony recorded by DailyMail.com the former America's Next Top Model judge told the jury about meeting the comedian, and how she had been excited when he invited her to Lake Tahoe to watch him perform and talk about her career.

"I don't remember", she said "I can't say it in any other way other than I don't recall one bit of my conversation with her the day after".

In all, about 50 women have accused Cosby of molestation going back decades.

During direct examination, prosecutors highlighted that Constand has no pending lawsuits against Cosby, and she has already received a almost $3.4 million settlement as a part of a 2005 civil suit against the entertainer.

"I was raped", Janice Baker-Kinney testified, saying Cosby had sex with her after giving her pills she suspected to be quaaludes.

"He stayed with me throughout the entire pregnancy", she said.

During cross examination Thursday, defense lawyer Tom Mesereau suggested she was motivated to distort the facts of a fun evening when she heard about a possible $100 million windfall from Cosby.

Dickinson may be now the fourth of five accusersNeill to inform their tales to the prosecution at the suburban Philadelphia courtroom. But he didn't respond, she said. "I can remember feeling anger, disgust, and ashamed".

Mesereau read passage after passage from the supermodel's books "No Lifeguard On Duty", "Everything About Me Is Fake and I'm Perfect" and "Check Please: Dating, Mating, and Extricating", which detailed extensive drug use and a wild lifestyle that played out in 1970s New York City.

The Bill Cosby retrial is slowly taking shape.

On cross-examination, Cosby's defense attorneys have worked to point out inconsistencies in their stories.
