Lamar Jackson says Bill Belichick 'cool' during visit

Coming up just short of another Lombardi Trophy, the Patriots are a puzzle piece or two away from tying the Pittsburgh Steelers for most Super Bowl wins.

New England Patriots' superstar tight end, #Rob Gronkowski, was not certain if he would be back [VIDEO] for the 2018 National Football League season.

The tight end wrote on Instagram that he spoke with coach Bill Belichick and said he would be back with the team for the 2018 season. "I just feel like I do it differently". We can all look forward to seeing more Brady-to-Gronkowski touchdowns next season.

Gronkowski was noncommittal about his future after the Patriots' Super Bowl LII loss to the Eagles.

He turns 29 in May, but has had several injury setbacks in recent years.

There's been buzz brewing for weeks that the New England Patriots are very interested in Louisville quarterback Lamar Jackson, the 2016 Heisman Trophy victor.

During a freaky Saturday press conference, Rob Gronkowski did not want to reveal his intentions for the 2018 season.

ESPN's Adam Schefter followed up Gronk's post with a tweet reporting that Gronkowski officially won't be traded. Instead, the tight end has been working out at the TB12 Center, which is in Patriot Place and next to the stadium.

Gronkowski finished the 2017 season with 69 receptions, 1,084 yards, and 8 touchdowns in 14 games played.

When the team gathered in Foxboro last week for the start of the voluntary offseason workout program, Gronkowski was not present.

The Louisville quarterback had a pair of pre-draft visits with the Patriots, including a trip to their facility, where he met with the typically stern head coach.
