Meek Mill Talks Being Released From Prison: 'I Don't Feel Free'

He was freed on Tuesday after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ordered his immediate release. The state of mind required to survive in that kind of environment can leave ex-prisoners confused after they get out.

The rapper said he's been experiencing a bit of a "culture shock" while transitioning back to reality after spending the last five months in a cell in a Chester County prison.

Both of the 2016 cases were dropped but the Brinkley reportedly claimed the arrests alone were violations; Mill also violated his probation in 2015 after leaving the state of Pennsylvania for a gig without getting approval from the court. I'm 30 now. And me, I pray. Support has since poured out from the music world, with figures such as JAY-Z, T.I., Rick Ross, Earl Sweatshirt, Questlove, and more posting about his release.

"We are pleased with the Supreme Court's decision to grant Meek Mill bail and allow him to return home to his loved ones".

In his first interview since his incarceration he told Page Six, "I am still dazed, I'm in a daze, this is great, and unbelievable".
