Nokia's latest smartphones are coming to Malaysia next week

First unveiled at the Mobile World Congress 2018 in Barcelona in February 2018 was launched today in Delhi.

The Nokia 7 Plus has been launched in India by HMD Global, bringing its new mid-range smartphone to the market within a month of its global unveiling. It will go on sale from April 6 in Nokia Shop as well as other leading retailers. One packing 32 GB internal storage along with 3 GB RAM and a second variant with 64 GB internal storage paired with 4 GB of RAM. The front of the device sport an 8MP fixed focus camera selfie sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The 3.5mm headphone is, of course, welcomed, since Nokia's flagship model, the Nokia 8 Sirocco, chose to get rid of the feature altogether. "The designer opted to call this phone the 'Nokia X", which is an imaginary smartphone at this point.

It will be available starting April at a global average retail price of 749 euros.

Nokia 7 Plus has a 6-inch FullHD+ IPS LCD Display, having an aspect ratio of 18:9.

Available in black colour, Nokia 8 Sirocco has dual rear sensors. There's a primary 12MP sensor and a 13MP telephoto lens, which is used to make the Boken effect happen.

Nokia 8 Sirocco is packed with impressive specifications and features, including a stainless steel and glass body, edge-to-edge pOLED 2K 5.5-inch dual curved display, Nokia Spatial audio, Zeiss-branded dual camera lenses (13MP+12MP) with 2x optical zoom, Android Oreo, and a Snapdragon 835 processor. The smartphone could support an in-glass fingerprint reader, G-sensor, e-Compass, Gyro, Hall sensor, and barometer. The battery is said to be a 3,900mAh one that could give a standby time of 565 hours and talk time of up to 24 hours.

It is backed by a non-removable 3000mAh which supports fast charging.

Design-wise the handset looks like a typical-Nokia device but way better than any other smartphone in the line-up (there could be some fans for the Nokia 8 Sirocco as well).

A 16MP camera is present to the back of the phone with ZEISS optics, PDAF and dual LED flash. The smartphone also offers face unlock and artificial intelligence features like the ability to add masks to selfies.

Battery: 3800mAh battery with fast charging. The pre-bookings for the phone will start on April 20 at leading offline retailers like Croma, Reliance Digital and more.

HMD, by recently launching its new Nokia 6, Nokia 8 Sirocco and Nokia 7 Plus made it loud and clear that its smartphones are driven by different ideas and feedback coming from fans.

Nokia 7 Plus has dual camera setup, It comes with a 12 Megapixel primary ZEISS optics and 13 Megapixel secondary with ZEISS optics rear camera with LED Flash. Connectivity support on the phone will include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, Glonass, USB Type-C, in-glass fingerprint sensor, and NFC. This also means that all three phones will receive timely Android security updates for at least two years.
