Ant-Man and the Wasp Gets New Trailer

Again, skirting spoilers, it's somewhat unlikely that this movie takes place after the events of Infinity War, but maybe we'll just have to wait for the next trailer to get some sort of idea of the timeline we're looking at.

It's no surprise to hear that Avengers: Infinity War is dominating the box office. There'll be another movie coming out soon - Captain Marvel - that'll take place in the 1990's - well before most of the rest of this Marvel Cinematic Universe stuff took place.

While Janet isn't seen - and is presumed from 2015's Ant-Man film to be lost somewhere in the Quantum Realm - we do see her husband Hank Pym (Michael Douglas) reunite with his work partner Dr. Bill Foster (Laurence Fishburne).

To recap, Civil War saw Ant-Man's Scott Lang become a fugitive after joining Captain America/Steve Rogers' group of superhero outlaws following the Sokovia Accords, which were created to regulate the activities of enhanced beings and vigilantes. Maybe Marvel has realized that, and that's why they chose to give us a brand new trailer for the upcoming movie today. The superhero has a follow-up sequel set to release this June, and the studio released a new trailer to get fans excited about the film's weekend debut. Is it going on during Avengers: Infinity War? You can check out the trailer for the upcoming sequel below. The story will have Ant-Man and the Wasp teaming up, taking on a new danger to their families and friends. Early in the trailer he exacts some revenge on a bad guy in a auto crash scene filmed at Forsyth and Marietta streets downtown. At the time it was the largest department store south of Philadelphia and among the first to have air conditioning. Well, Chris Evans tells us that Captain America and Ant-Man definitely get some quality time together because he worked a lot with Rudd.
