Porn star sues USA president for defamation

She is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.

Stormy Daniels, the adult film actress at the center of a variety of legal issues surrounding Donald Trump, has filed a defamation lawsuit against the 45th president, the latest legal salvo in an ongoing war between the two, The Guardian is reporting.

Days after a federal judge put the lawsuit between Stormy Daniels and the president and his personal lawyer on hold, the porn star has announced she is now also suing Donald Trump for defamation.

Daniels' claim coincided with Trump's long-term lawyer Michael Cohen's revelation in which he said to have prepared the agreement with Daniels ahead of 2016 election.

Daniels had earlier claimed that she was threatened by a man at a auto parking spot in Las Vegas to drop her allegations of an affair with the US President. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!

She says this was the only sexual encounter she had with him, but that the pair remianed in contact for years later. But the Daniels' camp says the contract is null and void because Trump never signed it so she should be allowed to speak.

Chrissy Teigen doesn't approve of Kanye West tweeting John Legend's texts
Kanye West made a return to Twitter recently and ever since there's been a near constant discussion over what he's been saying. Well, I got a lot, I got a lot of support. "You don't have to agree with Trump , but the mob can't make me not love him".

Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, revealed the drawing on ABC's "The View" earlier this month.

"A guy walked up on me and said to me: 'Leave Trump alone".

The whole saga broke out in March when Daniels, at a television interview, said she was threatened to be quiet over the affair in 2011. "Trump used his national and worldwide audience of millions of people to make a false factual statement to denigrate and attack Ms Clifford", the filing to a NY federal court reads. The man then looked at Daniels' young daughter and said, "That's a lovely little girl". She's saying that a tweet from the president was defamatory several weeks ago.

"Mr. Trump's statement falsely attacks the veracity of Ms. Clifford's account of the threatening incident that took place in 2011".

In the suit, Clifford said that Trump made "false and defamatory" statements about her in an April 18 tweet.

The White House has steadfastly denied the affair.
