Warriors Are Contenders Even Without Curry
Curry has a Grade 2 MCL sprain in his left knee, an injury he suffered during a 106-94 win against the Atlanta Hawks on March 23. Curry participated in his first full-contact practice in more than a month last Thursday and then scrimmaged Friday 5-on-5.

Austin counted $14 million against the salary cap in 2017 when his production fell off to a career-low 13 catches for 47 yards, though he carried 59 times for a 4.6-yard average.

Needless to say, there's not enough positives or proven track record that shows Austin is capable of flipping a switch and being a quality fantasy player in Dallas. After restructuring his contract, Austin will cost the Cowboys $5 million next season. Whether that's more an issue with Austin or his offensive coaches to date remains to be seen. Austin will likely be out until at least training camp after arthroscopic wrist surgery, so we'll have to wait to see the plan in action. Dallas fans shouldn't expect him to catch 80 passes or exceed the 1,000-yard mark, but they should expect multiple big plays and a much bigger season than he has had the last few.

Still just 27 years old, Austin should be motivated to prove his struggles in Los Angeles were the product of his environment and not his skill set.
