Adidas Releases James Harden MVP Commercial With His Mom

He led the Rockets to an NBA-best 65-17 record, which also marks the best regular season finish in franchise history.

The award winners for the 2017-18 National Basketball Association season will be revealed Monday night at Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif., highlighted by the announcement of the Most Valuable Player award. Durant was the highest Warriors vote-getter, finishing seventh in voting behind Harden, James, Anthony Davis, Damian Lillard, Westbrook and Giannis Antetokounmpo.

Harden joined Michael Jordan as the only players to average at least 30 points, eight assists, five rebounds, and 1.7 steals.

Harden becomes the third Rocket ever to win the award, joining Moses Malone (1978-79 and 1981-82) and Hakeem Olajuwon (1993-94).

Needless to say, it is interesting to see that Harden won MVP by a rather comfortable margin.
