LeBron James -- Cleveland Cavaliers can't get comfortable back home

Game 2 wasn't any better for Cavs' fans, as the Golden State Warriors won 122-103 to take a 2-0 lead in the series. But it was Stephen Curry who stole the show with an NBA Finals record nine three-pointers made.

The Cleveland Cavaliers are down two games to none to the Golden State Warriors in the NBA Finals, and when odds of winning are perilously low, the call for a high-risk, high-reward strategy is evident.

While the Cavaliers made the greatest comeback in NBA Finals history from 3-1 down to beat Golden State in 2016, no team has ever rallied from 3-0 down to win the title.

James hit a 3-pointer to open the fourth quarter, but Curry quickly answered with back-to-back shots from downtown.

Curry was around for all the losing: 26 wins his rookie season of 2009-10, 23 two years later then gradually building to more victories each season thereafter.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr added: "He was tremendous". The Warriors knew that the Cavs' game plan was to switch pick-and-rolls in an attempt to keep Curry from getting too much space.

Lue, similarly, did not care to elaborate on his complaint that earned him a rare technical foul after James turned the ball over following a long outlet pass with 3:54 remaining in the third quarter when both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson appeared to make contact with his body.

This is widely perceived as one of the biggest NBA Finals mismatches in recent memory.

Microsoft has acquired GitHub
Many corporations, including Microsoft and Alphabet Inc.'s Google , use GitHub to store their corporate code and to collaborate. Despite all those users, Github was not making money, and it probably wasn't long for the world as a independent company.

Asked if the Cavs felt defenseless guarding Curry, Cavaliers center Tristan Thompson barked: "No. F-. No. I never woke up was like alright, lets go get nine threes and get the record".

While Curry may be one of the most popular players in the National Basketball Association, his quick rise in the league has reportedly rubbed some of his peers the wrong way, most notably LeBron James.

And while the Cavaliers insisted that they weren't rattled by those Curry bombs - James said they know it's his business to make shots, so they can't be deflated when he does - Green said he knows that isn't true.

The defensive deficiencies that plagued the Cavs all year were partly to blame, but credit the Warriors with putting Cleveland on its heels from the get-go, and not letting up.

But Curry got a few easy ones and the game snowballed out of control.

The 3-pointer with the most acclaim came after he fumbled the ball, grabbed it, stepped back with the shot clock about to expire and fired in a miracle with Cleveland's Kevin Love defending.

The Golden State Warriors were probably always going to win this series.

2-for-7 - Although he isn't counted on as much as Korver at least in terms of the scoring column, when Jeff Green is the sixth man, like he has been throughout much of the postseason, he must shoot better than just 2-for-7 with six points.
