LeBron James was sick of one reporter's J.R. Smith prodding

LeBron James was sick of one reporter's J.R. Smith prodding

LeBron James scored 51 points, had eight rebounds and eight assists in Game 1 of the National Basketball Association finals and his team still came up short in ovetime.

If Draymond Green had said that to J.R. Smith before the game instead of afterward when the Warriors had escaped with a 124-114 overtime win in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, maybe the Cavaliers would have won.

"What do you mean I'm not sure?"

"There were some plays that we had taken away from us", James said.

After George Hill made a free throw with 4.7 seconds left in regulation to tie the game, he missed the second free throw. Hill hit his first shot to tie the game at 107-107, but missed his second shot. ESPN's Stephen A. Smith didn't think officials shouldn't have overturned the call.

Cleveland coach Tyronn Lue told reporters after the game that Smith "thought we were up one" when he made his freaky decision.

The 33-year-old James will play his 100th game of the season Sunday in Boston and leads the league in postseason minutes played. James has played more minutes and scored more points and had to do more than any other player on any team in these playoffs.

The company said it would decide on the pipeline project's fate on 31 May. It continues with "The vintage pipeline is a handyman's dream project".

"He thought we were up one", said Lue, although Smith said he knew the scores were tied. I didn't know what was going on at the time because we were all trying to find a man in case they try to get a shot up and thankfully the time ran out so we could have new life in overtime. Green figured Smith was simply looking for James, saying: "I would have looked for LeBron, too".

"I don't know what JR was thinking and I don't know the question you're trying to ask".

"You can say what you want until the game is played". Smith finished the game with 10 points himself.

The Warriors scored on their first possession of overtime when Durant drew a foul from Hill that upset James once again and never looked back, outscoring Cleveland 17-7 in the extra session.

His team-mate JR Smith caught the offensive rebound, but took the odd decision to dribble back towards his halfway line as time eventually ran out instead of putting up a shot or calling time-out. A LeBron 3 in the third quarter put Cleveland up three, giving the Cavaliers their first lead of the second half. But the officials made a decision to review the play and change the call to a block, swinging the game in the Warriors' favor. It was determined he was out of the restricted area, but he was not in a legal guarding position prior to Durant's separate shooting motion.

"If I thought we were ahead, I would have just held on to the ball and let them foul me", Smith said. If the review is if he's on the line or if he's close to the charge circle, that's the review.
