Cleveland Browns trade former Baylor WR Corey Coleman to Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills acquired receiver Corey Coleman from the Cleveland Browns on Sunday. Once a former first-round pick of the Browns in 2016, Coleman sounds motivated to prove his now former team wrong.

Cleveland fans are used to the Browns disappointing them on Sundays in the fall, but on this specific Sunday during the summer, it seems as though many have been let down by their team again.

His first two seasons saw him limited to only 19 games as he suffered a broken hand in back-to-back years to start his career.

Coleman's time ran out in Cleveland under new general manager John Dorsey. "I'm sure he wished he had played all 16 games both seasons", Beane said.

Meanwhile, the Browns will make a gesture of good faith toward wide receiver Josh Gordon by moving him from the did not report list to the non-football injury list, according to Rapoport.

Reward for Mollie Tibbetts' safe return raises to $172000
She was up late doing homework on her computer the night she vanished, according to family members. Tibbetts was last seen wearing dark-colored running shorts, a pink sports top and running shoes.

As for Coleman, he probably needed a fresh start.

Coleman also had off-field issues. Buffalo enters the season with Kelvin Benjamin as their No. 1 option, and a lot of uncertainty. Coleman has 718 career receiving yards and five touchdowns over those two seasons.

"There's nothing guaranteed here", Beane said. He was selected by the Browns after they sent their number 2 overall pick to the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Bills are in the midst of overhauling their offence under new co-ordinator Brian Daboll and a new starting quarterback after Buffalo traded Tyrod Taylor to Cleveland in March.
