Kellyanne Conway can't name a high-ranking African American in White House

In this photo, taken February 14, 2017, Omarosa Manigault-Newman, then an aide to President Donald Trump, watches during a meeting with parents and teachers in the Roosevelt Room of the White House in Washington.

While the contents of the recording are not anything incriminating to the White House, the fact that she recorded a conversation within the Situation Room, is the real concern here. The criticism comes amid her claims that she has secret recordings of West Wing conversations - including a conversation inside the Situation Room.

Gidley, when asked on "Fox and Friends" Monday whether the president was as unaware of Manigault Newman's firing as he appeared to sound on the tape, the deputy press secretary declined to comment on the "tick tock" of how she was dismissed.

The former White House aide, who was promoting her new tell-all memoir, told Chuck Todd, "It is hindsight".

The recording was played on NBC News' "Meet the Press", where Manigault Newman was interviewed by Chuck Todd.

"When Gen. Kelly came on board he told me she was a loser & nothing but problems", Trump wrote.

It features Kelly telling Omarosa her departure from the White House could be a friendly one.

"Why wouldn't we?", she asked when the host, Jon Karl, pressed her on the issue. "I told him to try working it out, if possible, because she only said GREAT things about me - until she got fired!" "You don't know till it starts bubbling and bubbling", she responded, calling her dramatic reversal the gift of hindsight.

Jose Mourinho aims early dig at 'serial winners' Liverpool and Tottenham
Asked to confirm that he is expecting no movement at all on Thursday, Mourinho added: "The information I have is no". I repeat: pre-season hard when you don't have your players to work, as simple as that".

She also repeated her claim that there is footage of Trump using a racial slur during filming of The Apprentice.

The recording of Kelly in the situation room could prove problematic for Omarosa, as she may breached security protocol, the Post notes.

"That is absolutely ludicrous and ridiculous", Mr. Gidley said, "The president runs this country. Damn it, I don't love you leaving at all". It is the same amount that a few others who have departed the White House under inauspicious circumstances are receiving.

She also said she was inadvertently complicit in covering up Trump's perceived racism.

"There's a lot of very corrupt things happening in the White House, and I am going to blow the whistle on a lot of this", Manigault Newman said. In a subsequent interview, she changed her story to say that she had heard Trump utter that word, a reversal that highlighted her not-exactly-sterling level of credibility.

The former Trump supporter described the White House as a place 'where everybody lies'.

Former White House lawyers and government ethics experts have said the agreements raised serious legal questions and reflected Trump's refusal to submit to the norms of public disclosure or respect free speech rights.
